Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may require additional processing time.

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: Delivery times may vary depending on courier availability

Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by:

  • courier delays,
  • festivals,
  • or unforeseen logistical issues.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

Customers can use the tracking information to monitor delivery status.

Failed Deliveries

Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details.

Urbaniq shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused due to:

Delivery Availability

We currently deliver across most serviceable locations in India.

If your location is not serviceable, the order may be cancelled and refunded.

Prepaid Orders Only

We currently process prepaid orders only.

All orders must be paid online during checkout using available payment methods.
