No Return Policy
At Urbaniq, we currently do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
As our products are carefully packed and shipped after quality checks, all purchases made on the website are considered final.
We request customers to review product descriptions, dimensions, specifications, and images carefully before placing an order.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
In case you receive:
- a damaged product,
- a defective item,
- or the wrong product,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Product images
- Unboxing video (if available)
- Clear issue description
After verification, we may provide:
- replacement,
- partial refund,
- or store credit,
at our sole discretion.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable if:
- the product delivered is completely damaged,
- the wrong product was shipped,
- or the order cannot be fulfilled.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Prepaid Orders Only
We currently accept prepaid orders only.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available in order to maintain smooth order processing, reduce fake orders, and ensure reliable delivery service for genuine customers.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
